WHAT ARE THE GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES AT MDA?As all Massimo D’Ascenzo products are handmade and pre-ordered, each piece is individually crafted for you. Returns or exchanges can only be made within 30 days of the delivery date, not the order date. Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Pre-ordered and made-to-order items are non-refundable after production begins due to their bespoke nature. Any damages or defects must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product for resolution. For further assistance, please contact MDA Client Services via the Contact Us page. We ask that you wear socks when first trying-on your purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?You will be sent email confirmations (and texts, if you signed up for text notifications at check-out) while your order is being processed to let you know its status. You can also email us at support@mda.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE. WHAT DO I DO?Please contact us at support@mda.com and reference your order number. We will do our best to help locate your shipment.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?Please email us at support@mda.com with the word “cancel” in the subject line as soon as possible. Due to the high level of demand, we can’t guarantee order cancellation, but we’ll do our best.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ETHICALLY SOURCED AND MADE?Yes, and we’re glad you asked. MDA Massimo D'Ascenzo is committed to operating in an economically, socially, and environmentally sustainable manner. Respecting human rights, monitoring the safety and integrity of products, and reducing the environmental footprint of our supply chain are core tenets of who we are and what we do. We require that all partners throughout our supply chain provide transparency into their own social compliance policies, and that there is a keen focus on these issues by everyone who helps bring Pleasing products to life. We also recognize that perfection is difficult to attain, and we are committed to working towards constant improvement in our day-to-day operations.
